Private Therapeutic Yoga 

I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and regularly implement aspects of yoga in my therapeutic practice.  

Yoga can be a wonderful alternative for    reducing stress and anxiety and bringing your focus to the present. I incorporate aspects of yoga in therapy sessions wherever appropriate. This can be done through breathing exercises, chair yoga stretches, guided meditation and mindfulness techniques. Many clients find these exercises  helpful in reducing and managing stress and increasing positive mood.
