Fee

The fee is $140 plus tax per 50 min. session. Payment can be be made by e-transfer. E-transfers can be sent to kl@krystleluthercounselling.com and must be received before your session begins.  Cash, Visa, and cheques are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please

call or text (902) 565-1665 or email kl@krystleluthercounselling.com at least 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel. Missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged the full session fee. 

Insurance Coverage 

Many insurance companies will provide coverage for you to see a therapist. If you have insurance coverage, contact your provider

to see what the requirements are and determine the number of sessions covered or the maximum payable per year, along with the method of reimbursement.

Important: Individual insurance coverage may vary. It depends on your specific plan that will determine if my services are covered. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility for coverage. If you do not find your insurance provider here, you may still be covered.
