Session Fees

Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy:  $195 per 50-minute session

​Payment is accepted by e-transfer.

Cancellation Policy

​

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full session fee. 

 

If you need to make changes to your scheduled session, please phone, text, or email.

Insurance & Third-Party Coverage

​

Many health insurance plans provide coverage for counselling and psychotherapy services. Coverage varies depending on your insurance provider and individual plan. Direct billing to Medavie Blue Cross is available for eligible plans.

Please contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your eligibility, coverage limits, and reimbursement requirements.

I provide counselling services through programs including:

• Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)

• Medavie Blue Cross

• Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)​​
